21 May 2007, Kiev. Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative membership increased with a new company – “Krendls” (Dnepropetrovsk).

“Krendls” is the European software development company located in Ukraine with the representative office in Germany. The company started its operation in 2006. Now it is a dynamically growing company providing fast and highly-functional solutions for B2B and B2C segments. Main development interests of “Krendls” are closer partnership with European companies as well as companies from the USA, Europe and Japan.

“Krendls” is a strong team of professionals that produce world quality products: the company has successfully utilized their experience in a number of projects tied to Internet Billing, Intranet Billing, Mobile Payments Processing, On-line Fraud Monitoring. It was also involved into the projects dealing with entertainment, business portals, insurance and medical solutions development. The company has implemented a clear interaction process between the branches of the matrix departmental system. Such a process helps to increase efficiency of the work on projects and communication with the customers up to 50-60%, which simultaneously decreases the projects duration saving the client money. Today the company employs more than 40 skilled technical professionals (50% - C#/ASP.NET + ADO, VB developers, 30% - PHP, 20% - J2ME, 5 project managers, QA team and 2 designers).

According to the commercial director of the company, Aleksander Pshenyanikov, - “Joining Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative is one of the steps that proves our growth. “Krendls” has very ambitious plans as to developing its hi-tech business. IT outsourcing today is one of the most intellectual productions in Ukraine and the work of Ukrainian programmers is in popular demand on the international markets. “Krendls” is the 39th member of the Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative. Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative is the largest IT Association in Ukraine. It unites software development companies from Kiev, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Chernigov, Lvov, Donetsk and Simferopol. Also the Initiative cooperates with more than a half of Ukrainian software development companies and providers of business processes support services.

Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative is the organizer of the annual Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum (www.outsourcing-forum.com.ua) – IT Business Forum aimed at covering and promotion of Ukrainian Software Development and Outsourcing services market. This year IV Annual Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum ‘2007 will be held on November 1, 2. More than 200 companies from Ukraine, NIS, Europe and the USA are expected to participate in the event.
