ISG technology Expands Its European Support Centre in Sofia, Bulgaria
The office growth is a result of the continuous increase in demand for IT Multisourcing (Outsourcing) Solutions provided by ISG technology and is the third expansion of this branch in three years. ISG technology launched Multisourcing Solutions to UK companies in 2010 and continues to attract new customers. The European Support Centre now houses 70 highly qualified, multi-lingual employees that maintain a 24x7x365 service to UK customers. The office houses several departments, including IT support services, finance and administration, marketing and sales support, project support services and HR.
“Our growth in Bulgaria is built on the excellence of our employees and facilities in the European Support Centre based in Business Park Sofia. For the fourth time in 4 years we have extended our office facilities and we expect that further growth and expansion will be required before the end of the year, when our headcount will exceed 100. We consistently receive excellent feedback from our UK customers and I and the Board are delighted with the excellent progress that we continue to make,” said Mike Morrison, CEO of ISG technology.
By providing the unique Onshore (UK) and Nearshore operating structure, ISG technology is able to propose tailored services to meet customer needs.
