Direct Opinions is a business survey firm located in Beachwood, Ohio that provides market research, business intelligence and customer satisfaction surveys to companies across the U.S. and Canada.

Baker brings to Direct Opinions a success filled career in healthcare sales and sports marketing. He most recently was employed by Absolute Healthcare in North Canton, Ohio where he was responsible for long-term care and pharmacy sales. Prior to returning to Ohio, he held the position of Director of Marketing for the South Bend Silver Hawks and was responsible for Community and Public Relations for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University.
