Cleveland, Ohio – October 15, 2008- Direct Opinions today announced its sponsorship of John DiJulius’ 2008 Secret Service Tour stop in Cleveland. The workshop is centered on John DiJulius’ latest book, “What’s the Secret”. The purpose of the event was to provide an interactive environment for companies to learn how to create a “World-Class Customer Service Organization”.

Direct Opinions and DiJulius have a business partnership in customer satisfaction solutions; therefore the Direct Opinions team was eager to be a part of the event. Company teams from a wide range of industries attended the event, traveling into Cleveland from all over the United States and Canada. There were roughly 300 attendees at this educational and networking event. Other sponsors of the 2008 Secret Service Tour included Thin Solutions, Nemacolin, the Hilton Garden Inn, EO Cleveland, Hal Com, the DiJulius Group and more.

Author and business owner, John DiJulius, reviewed the “Secret Service Systems” that allow organizations and their employees to provide world-class service to their customers. The interactive environment and inspiring words of DiJulius allowed attendees to maximize the experience and intelligence given. This “How To” seminar provided actionable knowledge and an array of resources for attendees to take back to the office and apply to their business practices.
