Press release from: American Solar Electric

Scottsdale, Ariz. – February 28, 2012 – Residential solar power contractor, American Solar, announces its Keystone Homes partnership has extended to include the new community of Rancho Madera at Black Mountain, located in Cave Creek, Arizona. Prior to Rancho Madera, American Solar and Keystone Homes have partnered on Ironwood Village in Casa Grande, Arizona.

An exclusive enclave of 46 homes, Rancho Madera is nestled in the foothills of Black Mountain and is surrounded by a natural desert setting. The new community offers a sense of charm consistent with the Cave Creek area. New homes are available in three models starting at the $290’s and can be customized with extensive options and upgrades, including solar electric systems from American Solar. The community’s grand opening event is scheduled for March 3rd and 4th.

Rancho Madera’s energy efficient features provide buyers with added value. Keystone Homes provides new home buyers an option to install a solar electric system from American Solar at the time they purchase their home. Customers can select a 1.9, 3.04, 3.8 or 5.13 kilowatt sized system.

“Our partnership with American Solar is yet another way that we can provide outstanding value to our buyers” said Rich Eneim, Jr., Vice President of Keystone Homes. “We give our customers the opportunity to effortlessly integrate their solar system into their new home. The solar systems we offer have become very affordable and in many cases the short payback period of 6-8 years makes solar very attractive to many of our buyers”

American Solar works with Arizona’s leading homebuilders to develop solar communities. Through its “Solar Made Simple” program, American Solar simplifies the solar installation process for homebuilders and homebuyers. The company uses a turnkey approach and handles all aspects of making a home solar-ready.

“We are happy to be working with Keystone Homes again and making solar energy an affordable option for new home buyers at Rancho Madera,” said Sean Seitz, president of American Solar. “By continuing to offer solar energy in its new communities, Keystone has become a distinguished leader in energy conservation and “green” building.”

Rancho Madera is located at 6231 E. Mark Way, Cave Creek, Arizona, 85331.
