Big player jumps headfirst into Phuket real estate

Real estate technology company Juwai IQI announced today that its IQI Global brand, which is Southeast Asia’s largest real estate network, has launched a new office in Phuket. The move signals Juwai IQI’s growing focus on the promising Thai market. IQI Global already operates in Bangkok and delivers thousands of foreign buyer enquiries to Thai property sellers each year.

Thailand is the number-one cross-border real estate market for Chinese buyers, by number of enquiries, according to Juwai IQI data for the first half of 2020.
