Keller Holding to move into M²O office building—82 percent of second phase of the MainOFFice now let

HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has signed a ten-year lease with Keller Holding for 2,500 square meters of office space in the M²O building which has a total rental area of around 14,100 square meters. The leading international foundation engineering company will move into three floors of the building in June 2012. This means that 82 percent of the second phase of the MainOFFice in Offenbach-Kaiserlei is now let. The anchor tenant, with almost 9,100 square meters, is Siemens Energy Sector.

The MainOFFice comprises two phases: The first building with a rental area of just under 26,100 square meters was completed in 2004. The sole user of the first phase, on the 13,000-square-meter, western side of the lot, is Siemens Energy Sector. The second building, M²O, on the roughly 6,200-square-meter eastern side of the lot, was completed in September 2009. M²O is made up of two sections which are connected to each other by a five-story bridge. The office property is conveniently located on the edge of Frankfurt city, and can be divided into several rental units of 250 square meters and over. In total, M²O has almost 160 car parking slots.
