Heliad Equity Partners ends share buyback program

Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA, Frankfurt am Main (ISIN DE000A0L1NN5), has finished the share buyback program launched on 07 June 2011 today. By the reporting date, a total of 1,096,540 shares with a prorated amount in the share capital of EUR 1,096,540.00 were bought back at an average price of EUR 2.40 per share, corresponding to a total price of EUR 2,635,294.

The shares thereby bought back will be retained within the company's holdings until further notice and are intended for use at a later date in line with one of the purposes set out in the authorisation.
