The certification is based on an employee survey, wherein the evaluation is done based on the audit of company's HR practices & policies as well as anonymous feedback from employees on the organization culture. As per the survey results, ISHIR scored impressively high on the trust index that measures factors such as camaraderie, fairness, respect, pride, and credibility amongst its employees. This year our trust index score is more than our last year's score. This is the second time that ISHIR participated in the assessment and it is great to surpass our own culture assessment results and keep raising the bar every time.
