TAIMI Marks a Major Milestone: 5 Million Users Worldwide!

The First LGBTQI+ Social Network and Dating App is proud to announce it now has over 5 Million Users In More Than 45 Countries.

TAIMI -- an open minded global community is not yet another dating app. The product, launched in 2017 has garnered attention as a gay dating app at first, but in 2019 it became a full fledged LGBTQI+ Social Network and Dating App.

TAIMI prides itself on being a space free of judgement and harassment, a safe and secure environment to communicate, connect, share information, discuss issues, meet new people and be actively involved in the LGBTQI+ community.

Created by Alex Pasykov, a founder of a popular dating app Hily and a strong supporter of equality. TAIMI is adamant about promoting freedom of speech, spreading the message of love and fighting against homophobia.

"Every user is tremendously important to TAIMI, especially during these difficult times around the world. It is very important for us to give everyone the ability to stay connected, to share the news, to meet new people from all corners. 5 million users is a testament to the strength of not only our product but also LGBTQI+ people all over the globe", says Alex Pasykov, TAIMI Founder

Indeed, 2020 got off to a difficult start. Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, TAIMI was actively reminding its users to wash their hands and follow the instructions of the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control to help prevent the spread of the virus.

TAIMI is a unique product that offers custom groups, stories, news digest, video calls, and tons of additional features for free. There is a premium subscription available to those who want to enhance their time on the app.

TAIMI is inclusive to all users regardless of where they identify on the gender and sexuality spectrum. This gives the users an opportunity to find friends and partners based on their interests. Since most people are staying home and using TAIMI to connect, the app saw an immense growth in social activity.

For instance, the groups section nearly doubled, people are more keen on posting stories and sharing the news, interacting much more over messages and likes, and one of TAIMI's key features -- video calls are extremely popular these days.

"People are communicating thanks to TAIMI, and this in turn, lets them feel connected despite being in self-isolation or quarantine.", adds Alex Pasykov
