Imperato Finds Top Notch Recommendation to Further Imperiali's Executive Search

Daniel Imperato, Imperiali's Founder, Says Executive is "of the caliber of Bernanke or Greenspan himself"

West Palm Beach – April 24, 2007 – Today Imperiali Inc. has announced that its founder, Daniel Imperato has recommended a top notch executive to fill its current executive search.

The candidate would have the responsibility to help further Imperiali's move to secure a $30 mm bridge loan convertible, a $250 mm bond offering for its telecom subsidiary, and a potential multibillion dollar IPO.

Due to confidentiality restrictions, Imperiali Inc. is withholding the name of the individual until all contracts are formalized and complete.

The individual, that has been negotiating with Imperiali, comes from a very serious banking background and has extensive knowledge in investment banking, government bonds, and fund management.

His previous accomplishments include increasing the balance sheet of countries to the tune of several billions of US dollars.

Adding this individual to Imperiali's team would certainly increase the viability of Imperiali's management team, and its ability to manage a fund of several billions of dollars. In addition, adding the individual would bring extensive knowledge and experience in the discounting of government bonds, trading platforms, and additional investment vehicles , that will attract fund managers, major institutions, and private equity groups.

Currently, there has been a verbal agreement in principle that is currently being converted to writing by Imperiali's legal team. Management's recommendation to the Board of Directors is to approve the contract of this high caliber executive , who brings a world class reputation in the area of banking, having served as the chief of a national government central bank.

As previously announced, Imperiali has been invited to participate with several billions of dollars worth of infrastructure projects, around the world, in the areas of supply and management. This will also include handling financial instruments of huge magnitude , in order to arrange financing for these infrastructure projects from organizations such as the World Bank, national central banks, private equity groups, and investment banks around the world.
