West Palm Beach, FL - July 25, 2006 - Today, Imperiali Inc. obtained the first right of refusal to acquire any and all Imperiali Organization ProjectsThis transaction includes the ability to acquire the websites, projects, intellectual property, or any portions of the project associated therein.
To date the Imperiali Organization has developed the following projects: public relations (www.i1connect.com), a search engine (www.i1search.com), video broadcast (www.i1tv.net), design services (www.i1design.com), movies (www.theredworm.net), publishing services (www.i1publishing.com) , telecommunications services, sports (www.palmbeachimperials.com), public speaking (www.globalfavor.com), and others.
As a result of this deal, Imperiali Inc. now has solidified its ability to acquire a diverse pool of interests as well as receives the operational capacity provided by the Imperiali Organization developed projects.
The Imperiali Organization is continually developing its portfolio of projects all with interests that are applicable to the global marketplace.
