Net Access Corporation Successfully Completes PCI Data Security Standard Validation for the Colocation Services
Cedar Knolls, NJ - Net Access Corporation, a leading data center solutions provider in the New York metropolitan region, announces that it has successfully validated compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard as a “level 1” service provider for its colocation services.The PCI DSS is a comprehensive set of standards for organizations that store, process or transmit card payment data to help control and minimize risks of fraud or the compromising of sensitive information. For a merchant or service provider to be PCI Compliant, it must adhere to strict information controls and processes and provide proof of such adherence. As part of being PCI Compliant, companies that house their servers in a data center must ensure that the data center meets specific PCI DSS requirements.
