Sun Dental Labs Creates Find A Dentist Directory Program
“Our Customer Service Team receives daily calls from patients looking for Sun Dental Labs’ products,” states Stephanie L. Jones, Director of Marketing and Customer Service, “it seemed like a natural addition to the services we currently offer. We can provide patients looking for our products, a credible list of referral sources we know and trust.”
There are many benefits for participating dental providers. This program will improve his/her practice marketability and visibility on the web. The program will also generate new business for their practice. There is no cost to the dental provider to participate, however there are some program requirements. The provider must be willing to offer a free initial consultation to patients we refer to the practice, send all restorative work for referrals to Sun Dental Labs and the provider must be willing to accept up to a $50 off Sunflex® coupon from referrals.
The patients will be able to search the database of practice names and contact information that can be sorted by city and state or zip code. We are also taking the guess work out of patient insurance coverage questions by asking providers to list the major insurance plans they work with, so they may be listed in the directory with their practice information.
