About Voices of the Belt & Road

Voices of the Belt & Road tells the stories of people that are part of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). It demystifies the initiative by enabling you to listen to the voices of experts and policy-makers, but also the very people affected by the initiative day in and day out. It has become fashionable to conceptualize the BRI through large numbers. But we hear very little of the people and stories behind the initiative. BRI needs stories, it needs faces and it needs voices. Voices of the Belt and Road is your chance to hear them.

The reality remains that the more automated, the more sophisticated the systems, the more demands are put on maintenance people and their skills. The problem is compounded when this glorious technology did not address

Implementing a CMMS during plant construction
1. Introduction Experience has shown that the earlier reliability and maintainability are taken into account in a construction project, the better. These should be specifically addressed from the design stage of a project. This approach, which consists in paying more attention to maintenance earlier in the project, to reduce future operation cost, differs markedly from that of most Asian engineering and construction companies, which emphasize cost control during construction with progressive adjustments
