Online customers in Indonesia prefer Xiaomi, Samsung and OPPO
66% of customers who used online services providing funding facility in Indonesia prefer smartphones of the three mobile brands. Thus, 26% of customers use Xiaomi mobile devices. Samsung (21%) and OPPO (19%) take second and third places, respectively. These are the findings of the study conducted by the international financial holding Robocash Group. The figures have been based on the data of more than 78 thousands unique customers who have used its financial service in Indonesia this year.According to the company analysts, there are several factors contributing to these findings. Closely located to Indonesia, Chinese and South Korean brands have an extensive cutting-edge product line at an appropriate quality-price ratio. Altogether, it is attracting customers in the age under 35 years who are mostly keen on using technological innovations. This correlates with the data of Robocash Group stating that 72% of its customers in Indonesia are in the age of 21-35 years.
Compared to the audience using devices of the mentioned brands and representing the most active company customers, there are few iPhone owners among the total number of customers. Visiting five pages per session, Apple users apparently try to be specific as much as possible when considering funding facilities. It differs them significantly from Heier owners acting as far more curious visitors. The latter browse 11.8 pages per session on average. Customers with DoCoMo and Mito are catching up with 9.2 and 9.0 pages viewed, respectively.
In terms of an average visit duration among owners of different brands, Heier keeps leading positions. LeTV and Google users spend the least amount of time on the website.
