New ways of tube processing are revealed and discussed at the transfluid®-innovation days 2011.

New ways of tube processing are revealed and discussed at the transfluid®-innovation days 2011.

A glimpse into the future of tube forming with lectures and discussions at the transfluid® experts' forum

Good ideas are the result of an inspiring moment that frequently emerges where many masterminds share their wealth of knowledge. The 7th innovation days of the transfluid® Maschinenbau GmbH just offered a good opportunity for an exchange of ideas. Experts from various branches of the tube forming industry assembled in the Maschinen- und Heimatmuseum in Eslohe to mutually determine new and pioneering ways.

The offer to share knowledge on a regular basis is not usual in the small and medium-sized business sector. But it is a commitment from conviction for transfluid®, the supplier of solutions that is thinking ahead. This is how transfluid® CEO Gerd Nöker puts it: “Year after year the huge interest and the discussions confirm the want and the meaning of the open-minded exchange of ideas at our innovation days. I am glad that we could emphasize the potentials of the tube forming technology with technical discussions and highly interesting contributions by the speakers.”
The transfluid® lectures “Forming procedures introduced” and “Geometric options in the forming technology” focused the variety of technologies. The speakers introduced advanced solutions optimally adapted for individual requirements.
Precise measuring procedures are available to safely provide top-quality results, for instance in an automation cell. Visicontrol experts showed how quality standards can be guaranteed reliably with their lecture “Camera control of forming geometries”.

TIC, TIN or MOST? The EMB – Eifeler Werkzeuge GmbH gave a lecture about “Tool coatings” regarding the lifetime increase by effective anti-friction coating of the forming tools. The IHS Dosiertechnik GbR showed possibilities to save time in production processes with their contribution “Lubricants in tube processing”. By the use of special lubricating oils that evaporate after the treatment one can partially conserve cleansing, for example.

transfluid® offered interesting and practical tube processing insights with a visit of the company for all innovation days participants. In the course of this, Gerd Nöker made clear that advanced and sustainable solutions are the result of customer-oriented developments. New experiences and challenges are the drive for technical innovations. For transfluid® it is fixed that the next innovation days will also be an important platform for the promotion of pioneering tube processing technologies.

transfluid® Maschinenbau GmbH – the solution for tubes

Since 1988 transfluid® continually improved technologies in tube processing to meet customers’ demands, offering optimum, tailor-made solutions in machine and plant construction, that are used in the automobile, ship building and furniture industries as well as the construction of railings and conveyor technology. First process for tool-independent tube forming developed by transfluid
transfluid creates new technology for economic forming of individual geometries In times of ever faster and more complex challenges to the production tool costs are one main cost factor. Nevertheless, it is common in tube forming that the form is mostly depending on the tooling. The only ways to take small influence on the geometry were until now changes in the material length and different strokes. With big efforts and

GERD Drugs and Devices Market: Emerging niche segments and regional markets
Through the esophagus, food enters the stomach and mixes with gastric acid, enzymes, and other gastric juices for digestion purpose. The ring-like muscle at the junction of the esophagus and the stomach, known as lower esophageal sphincter (LES), controls the flow of food from the esophagus to the stomach and does not allow backflow of gastric fluids into the esophagus. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a condition where the LES
