Sundrop is pleased to announce that Tim Kinsella, former Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Merchant Link, has joined Sundrop Mobile as Executive Vice Pr President of Sales.Orlando, FL, May 21, 2011 -- Sundrop is pleased to announce that Tim Kinsella, former Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Merchant Link, has joined Sundrop Mobile as Executive Vice Pr President of Sales.
With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and technology industries, Mr. Kinsella brings an hospitality extensive track record of success in revenue and margin growth, operations, finance and organizational leadership.
He began his career in the restaurant & lodging industry in food and beverage operations and sales. Histaurant
technology career began at Newmarket International as Director of Sales & Marketing for Destination Products. During a 6 year run with MICROS Systems Inc, Mr. Kinsel served as General Manager of OPUS 2 Revenue Kinsella OPU Technologies and as President/COO for Hospitality Solutions International. Just prior to joining the Sundrop Mobile team, Mr. Kinsella was EVP, Sales & Marketing for Merchant Link. During his 4 year tenure, Merchant Link tenure, experienced dramatic growth, during cha challenging economic times, due to Mr. Kinsella leading his team in landing eading Fortune 500 customers and by building and maximizing strong partner relationships with industry leaders such as MICROS, Panasonic, Agilysys and Squirrel. Mr. Kinsella holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree from the University of ic, Nevada, Las Vegas Hotel School.
The addition of Mr. Kinsella complements the Sundrop management team, which includes Lee Harville, Vice President of Channel Sales and Travis Priest, CEO. Mr. Harville, a veteran of the POS industry, has over 30 years of sales, marketing and business development experience. Mr. Harville has spent his career as a POS reseller, and in ent the sales and marketing divisions of Aloha Technologies, Radiant Systems, Sharp Electronics and BlueStar. Mr. Priest, an experienced entrepreneur, previously co founded URLabs in 1996, which Symantec Corporation co-founded
(NASDAQ: SYMC) acquired in 1999 for an undisclosed sum.
