CRP Technology at IDTechEx Show ! 2019
CRP Technology will attend IDTechEx Show ! 2019 (10th-11th April, 2019, Estrel Convention Center, Berlin, Germany) as speaker within the session “3D Printing of Composites”.This is the first time that the IDTechEX Show in Europe will run this session.
CRP Technology VP and CTO Engineer Franco Cevolini will present the paper: “How Windform® composite materials pioneered the AM revolution” on Thursday 11th , 11:20 (CEST) at the Paris Conference Room,
“We are very proud to be invited as speaker in the first edition of “3D Printing of Composites” session” commented Franco Cevolini, “since IDTechEX host large B2B conference/trade show that is growing very healthily.”
Franco Cevolini will explain how the use of Windform® composite materials, originally developed for the Motorsports industry by CRP Technology, is now finding many uses outside of the race track.
Eng. Cevolini will also demonstrate the effectiveness of additive manufacturing and the use of Windform as a structural material for high performance applications in the most demanding sectors as the Aerospace, Defense, Avio, Uav, Industrial Design, Medical, alongside Automotive and Motorsports.“We have been working for the elite of the most demanding industrial segments since 1996” added Franco Cevolini “we always pursue the road to constant technological renewal and high quality, and the invitation from IDTEchEx attests it”.
"Soon – added Cevolini - there will be interesting news that will concern both our production facilities and new materials for additive manufacturing ... stay tuned. "
3D printing of composites is perceived as a crucial future iteration for many forms of 3D printing. With this in mind, the annual European IDTechEx Show, will host a dedicated session for this class of materials, for the first time.
IDTechEx ran this previously in their US show in November 2018, and it proved very popular.
