Jessica Williams is the founder and curator behind Rock Paper Scissors and a native to Santa Rosa Beach. Her husband, Chandler Williams, is a lifetime native to the Emerald Coast and is best known for his photography work and Modus Photography.
Grayton Beach is a small, historic beach village on the Florida Panhandle between Destin & Panama City Beach. Collectively, the area is known as 30A or the “Beaches of South Walton.” Rock Paper Scissors is located a mile from Grayton Beach, one of the few beaches on the Panhandle that issues permits to residents that allow driving on the pure white sand.
Rock Paper Scissors 30A's philosophy is reflected in a recent review from a recent customer parent, Amelia Beard: “What a great place! It’s not just a store - it’s an experience!
