Technical Foam Services Announce New Polyurethane Foam

Northamptonshire, United Kingdom (04 March, 2011) - Technical Foam Services, a leading independent engineering-biased manufacturer and foam producer, recently developed a new special grade of high quality polyurethane foam for the Generator market.

Technical Foam is a prominent UK foam company that has established themselves as the main supplier of sound absorption foam for the Generator market in India and the Middle East. They can now provide a special grade of polyurethane foam which has a density of 30kg/m3, and this high quality product meets the flammability standard of UL94. Due to its thickness of 25mm, the foam can ultimately reduce noise level within the generator housing to below 75db, and it also has a Noise Reduction Co-efficient value of 0.8. The polyurethane foam is available in sheet form or can be cut to size, it also available with or without self-adhesive backing.

During 2010, Technical Foam established a formal co-operation with a number of partners which were spread across areas in two key regions, such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Dubai. Their new local partners will store the foam stock to specifically offer a Just-in-Time service to the Generator manufacturers.
