Agents are recognized for outstanding effort
Prince Frederick, March 2, 2011 – Home Towne Real Estate celebrated its sixth annual award ceremony at their monthly meeting space in Prince Frederick on March 1, 2011 where several awards were given to its realtors for their hard work and dedication in 2010.
Of the awards given, the “Flag Pond” recognized those realtors who sold $1 million to $1.9 million in homes for the year. “I really couldn’t be more pleased.” Turner states, “It shows you what a great year our agents and the company had, that it wasn't only a few doing all the lifting, but rather, we had so many agents listing and selling homes. We had 16 agents increase their business from last year by more than 40%, which is just astounding.” Awards for $1 million proved to be just the beginning as the “Patuxent” and “Potomac” awards were handed out in appreciation of those realtors who sold $2 million to $2.9 million in homes and $3 million to $5.9 million in homes, respectively. The “Chesapeake Bay” was awarded for those realtors who sold $6 million or more while the “Atlantic” was awarded for an amazing $10 million or more in sales for 2010.
In recognition of Home Towne Real Estate’s dedication to the community, the “Beyond the Call of Duty” award was given to realtors for their outstanding commitment to company charitable events, and their own volunteer activities. “We have such outstanding team players, it is a pleasure just to watch them sometimes. Whether it’s a community event, a fundraiser, or their own classes they offer to one another, it is a sight to behold.” said Turner. Other awards such as the “Manager of the Year”, and “Amazing Attendance” were given in appreciation of Home Towne Real Estate’s more behind-the-scenes efforts for continued growth and success of the company.
Owners of Home Towne Real Estate, Karen Towne and Michael Benton, called it their favorite company event. Towne reminisced, “My aunt used to tell me: if the sun’s not shining learn to play in the rain - and that’s what Home Towne Real Estate did.”
Congratulations to the following award winners: Alvin Frazier, Carol King, Cyndi Krolczyk, Jimmy Farrell, Joe Morgan, Lisa Height-Gross, Lisa Van Tassel, Michelle Strickland, Rose Taylor, Rosita Johnson, Scarlett Mower, Stephanie Slice-Glaubitz, Susan Werring, Theresa Mills, William Gray, Yolanda Taylor, Steve Brien, Matt Brietenbach, Becky King, Brenda Wolfe, Erin Gladwell, Kay Trimbath, Pam Turley-Lucido, Tammy Oakes, William Sammons, Sherri Turner, Larry Brown, Evelyn Thorne, Jill Crofcheck, Michael Stanton, Edie Kemp, Sam Vass
