North East Louisiana: Wetland Mitigation Readily Available

Missouri Loop, LLC, an Ecosystem Renewal, LLC ( ECO) affiliated company ,owns and operates Missouri Loop Mitigation Bank (MLMB). Wetland mitigation credits are available for sale and more are scheduled for release in the near future.
The MLMB has been an agricultural farm for more than fifty years. During this time the land had been plowed, leveled, levied off, and ditched so that any historic resource functional quality of the land was no longer apparent. Following the February of 2010 the land’s natural features were reconstructed and 63,000 trees were planted. The land is within active foraging area of collared Louisiana black bears and the lands to the east and north of the property are managed by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.

The 303 acre MLMB is located in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. The service area of the MLMB spreads across the north east corner of the state which includes Ouachita, Morehouse, Franklin, West Carroll, East Carroll, Richland, Caldwell, Tensas, and Madison Parishes. It is strategically located to provide mitigation credits to impacts in and around the Monroe metropolitan area and the Perryville Hub. Restoration of the MLMB will offset impacts this area sustains typically from the petro-chemical industry and developmental projects. The credits available consist mostly of bottomland hardwood credits.
To purchase or reserve mitigation credits, or for additional information please contact Danny Moran at 225-928-5678. A natural investment!
