Turtle Bayou Mitigation Bank: Future Bank in the Works

Ecosystem Renewal, LLC is currently developing the 270 acre Turtle Bayou Mitigation Bank (TBMB) project. Located in Rapides Parish, Louisiana due south of the city of Alexandria, the TBMB is situated in the middle of the state where it will offset environmental impacts to wetlands of the surrounding regions. An estimated service area is projected to extend southward through the heart of the Atchafalaya Basin. The service area potentially spans hydrologic unit codes 08080102, 08080101, and 08080103.
