Press release from: Zaatar

The founders of Zaatar, a restaurant that serves a variety of authentic and fresh Lebanese food, are pleased to announce that they are enjoying an exceptionally busy Autumn season.

To learn more about the Lebanese restaurant and to check out their delicious dinner menu, please visit https://zaatarnw.com/dinner/.
As a spokesperson noted, Zaatar is owned by a family of Portland-area restaurateurs with decades of experience under their belts. Since the day they first opened for business, they have been devoted to preparing authentic and traditional cuisine that is made with only the best and freshest ingredients.
This commitment to quality is definitely being noticed and appreciated by customers, the spokesperson noted, adding that the owners are delighted to be part of such an in-demand restaurant.
Zaatar offers a full variety of foods for lunch and dinner, and they also have catering services for people who would like delicious Lebanese food for a large crowd or an event.
For example, one of the most popular items on the starter menu is the eponymous Zaatar sampler plate, which allows diners to choose a trio of bites of Zaatar; this includes Manakish, Zaatar with Lebne, Zaatar Traditional, and Zaatar with Vegetable. Customers are also returning again and again for the homemade Falafel, which features rolled ground garbanzo beans mixed with fresh onions, cilantro, parsley and the Zaatar Middle Eastern spice blend, golden fried and served in a pita.
Based on the number of positive reviews that are posted on Zaatar’s website, it is not surprising that the restaurant has been so busy.
“The food is amazing! The service was good, waitresses kind and attentive. I definitely recommend it,” noted one of the many reviews.
