Washington International University Provides Innovative Distance Learning To International Students

Press release from: Washington International University

Adults who have entered the workforce with only a high school diploma or secondary school certificate due to the increasing costs of higher education now have more opportunities to pursue a higher degree through programs like Washington International University’s Internet-based distance learning program.

According to university officials, the founders of Washington International University saw that hardworking people wanted to progress in their careers, but lacked the resources to do so. With the widespread availability of the Internet, they designed a program for adults wanting to pursue an American Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree who also have industry experience to contribute toward their educational credits.

“Because our program is Internet-based and can take place anywhere around the world, Washington International University presents many international students with opportunities they might not have access to otherwise,” says Washington International University Director Yil Karademir. “This cyberspace educational setting also allows students who do not speak English as their first language to earn an education similar to one they might earn if they studied in the United States.”

Along with the benefit of being able to study at any time of day, Washington International University’s students study the most up-to-date course content. Another benefit of Washington International University’s distance learning program is its awarding of each student’s work experience with course credit to provide a higher education degree at an accelerated pace.
