Beginning 1991 Michael Richter, International Marketing- and sales consultant, Seekirch/Germany, supports companies of all sizes in their aim to market successfully their products on international markets, especially Europe (40+ countries, 500+ million inhabitants).

With his remarkable combination of many years of leading marketing activities in small, medium and large firms and his country experience resulting there from (he marketed to and visited more than 50 countries on all five continents) he supports especially SMEs to become more successful in strategically marketing their products on international markets.

As well in the past as an employee as today in his consultancy he concentrates on investment goods and long-lasting consumer goods. This ranges from small technical parts to complete machinery or plant.

Besides of these activities he writes from time to time expert articles regarding international marketing matters or consults on request within the framework of international organizations (e. g. EXIMBANK, Turkey, or European/German institutions like Steinbeis, RKW, etc.).

The elaboration of successful websites – however, for consultancy clients only, due to better knowledge of their products and cleintèle – completes his tasks.

Smaller companies use his advice for the whole range of

- all marketing related questions,
- the internal/external organization or
- practical support in implementing worldwide the respective advice

whilst bigger companies use only part of his knowledge to perform specific tasks, e. g. due to personal restrictions, for time reasons or as an added service.

His consultancy tasks include the whole spectrum of customer-oriented successful strategic marketing procedures. especially

- The analysis of markets and market segments focusing on new clients, distribution partners and locally active competitors
- Internal and external organization of sales including contractual agreements
- Success control and adaptation of the relevant steps to increase the successful work
- Regional or company-wide marketing planning and implementation
- Other marketing tasks as per need of the client company (service, exhibitions, etc.)

Until today he served – besides of his German clients – companies from Brazil, China, Dubai, Jordan, Liechtenstein, The Netherlands, South-Africa, Spain, Turkey and USA or UK either holding lectures and/or by different consultancy tasks..
