Kirk Communications Enters into Agreement with ConVerge Diagnostic Services™

Kirk Communications (www.kirkcommunications.com), has entered into an agreement with ConVerge Diagnostic Services™ of Peabody, MA, a regional diagnostic lab services company operating in New England. In addition to performing market research, Kirk will create a new optimized website for the company, which offers state-of-the-art lab services in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. ConVergeDx is known for offering personal service, lower costs and a number of exclusive lab tests, most notably in ob-gyn. Unlike many large national lab chains, ConVergeDx performs all of their services locally in New England and offers high levels of personal attention to
healthcare providers and their patients.

“We think we’re better in almost every way than expensive hospital labs and the national lab companies,” said Bob Gorman, CEO of ConVergeDx. “With more and more patients being required to pay for part or all of their labs, we need to get the word out that, in most cases, they’ll pay a lot less with us,” Gorman said. “We chose Kirk because of their vast experience in healthcare and the work they currently do for the kind of clients we already serve, particularly in the area of ob-gyn,” he said. “They also have the kind of expertise we’re looking for in advertising, PR and website optimization—all of which will help doctors and their patients know what we’re all about.”
