GS 630 Gastro

Many establishments struggle to find a space for a dedicated utensil washer. Winterhalter has now introduced what it believes to be the world’s smallest utensil washer for just these situations.

The GS 630 utensil washer has a footprint of only 870x600mm and a height of just 835mm. Despite its size it can tackle full gastronorm containers, trays and grease filters, getting sparkling clean results. It can also be programmed to wash dishes, cutlery and glasses if required.

The GS 630 is extremely user-friendly. It has a control panel that clearly displays the status of the wash, including the current tank and boiler temperatures, as well as the detergent and rinse aid level. Its colour-coded, single button operation means that errors are minimised and it is easy for temporary staff to use.

The wash system consists of top and bottom reversing arms, so that its powerful cleaning jets achieve maximum coverage. There is also an option to use an intensive washing program, for the dirtiest of dishes. The quadruple wash water filtration system guarantees the ultimate hygiene while maximising the life of wash water and minimising consumption.

Winterhalter’s GS 630 is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It is made using high quality materials that guarantee a long service life. To further save space the machine has a lock-in-position door. This means it can be locked slightly ajar, for the interior to be ventilated.

The automatic self-cleaning program ensures the interior of the machine is kept spotless at all times and reduces the frequency of servicing. However, when servicing is required the GS 630 has an error management system that provides a speedy and efficient method of trouble-shooting. The machine components are easily accessible while the filters and wash arms can be quickly removed for routine cleaning.

Winterhalter provides a total solution for warewashing, from pre-sales advice to after-sales service, training and maintenance. Alongside its market-leading dish and glasswashers, the company’s range includes utensil washers, advanced water treatment machines, cleaning chemicals and detergents.
