British Car Part Company Triumphs With Address Capture Technology

Worcester and Lincoln – 02 November 2010 – British car-part company Rimmer Brothers has switched their website address auto-fill technology to Postcode Anywhere.

The Lincoln-based firm, which specialises in Triumph, Rover SD1, Land Rover, and MG Rover car parts, cites cost-effectiveness and reliability as two reasons for making the change.

Richard Caunt, General Manager of Rimmer Brothers, said: “We updated our website to help offer our customers a better service. We still needed to have address auto-fill on the site, since it makes it so much easier for customers to fill out their details. But we knew there were better options out there, with better technology and better service, for a more affordable price.

“Switching providers always seems a hassle, and it might look easier to stay with what you’ve got. But with the new website, our customer database started from scratch, so it was the perfect time to make a clean break and start as we meant to go on.
