Jordan, Amman (October, 2010) - Deyafah, which administrates consultancy & recruitment service
for the Hospitality, is now bringing its expertise to the eco-tourism. A separate programs who
provide caterer with a green certification.

The green catere certification is a non-profit structure and will be exclusively dedicated and
rewarded to hospitality establishments who are implementing a minimum of green environmental
Practices, Products and/or Services (PPS) in all aspects of their day to day operations.
The Green Caterer certification is designed to serve hospitality operators and their unique identity,
helping them achieving their cost saving & revenue benefits goals while following sustainable eco- environmentalrules.

"Our objective is to reinforce the Jordanian eco-tourism activity by encouraging caterers and food services operators to use more environmental friendly practices, and generate funding to support
environmental scheme and health project in favour of vulnerable children & exposed populations. No other hospitality services organisation has offering this kind of feature, which we see as a
natural extension of our business," said Areej Yousef, Managing Director. "Today, cateres are
looking for new profit opportunities and Deyafah's eco-certification meet these needs."
