Dr. Walser Dental: 70 Years of Innovations

70 years of practical innovations from dentists for dentists and deliveries to more than 100 countries confirm the success of the manufacturer of dental instruments.
In 1948, the dentist Dr. Julius Walser, born in December 1894, founded the "Dr. J. Walser Dentalfabrikation" in the Fürstenbergstraße in Radolfzell. Already in 1938, the founder Dr. Julius Walser owned the first telephone in Radolfzell with the short number "300". This telephone was an important means of communication, also for the citizens of Radolfzell.
The first participation at dental exhibitions already took place in 1948 in Munich. In 1960 the company moved to the Teggingerstaße. In 1978 the company was rebranded "Dr. Walser Dental GmbH".
Gerhard R. Daiger took over the entire company in 1999 and since then has been managing director of Dr. Walser Dental. This was the first time in 51 years in the company's history that the company was not run by a family member. In the same year, the company moved to the industrial area North in Radolfzell.
Since its takeover in 1999 by Senator Gerhard R. Daiger, Dr. Walser Dental has been able to significantly expand its internationality and win new customers in an additional 87 countries. The complaints rate has been virtually zero for 20 years and since 2006 the company has been honoured with more than 60 awards. Especially because of its high product quality and fast delivery time, the company enjoys an excellent reputation worldwide.
Today, the medical device manufacturer participates as an exhibitor at all major dental fairs worldwide. For example, in New York, Dubai, Hawaii, Singapore etc. as well as at all dental fairs in Germany.
Numerous inventions of dental instruments, all patented, facilitate the dentist's work worldwide, helping him to save time and money.
On the occasion of the company's anniversary Dr Walser Dental is doing without a big celebration with many guests from business and politics. Instead, we will soon donate to the poorest in Africa and report back.
