A New Look for Maryland Budget Wise Weddings

The popular website for Maryland brides on a budget, Maryland Budget Wise Weddings, recently completed a remodeling of the entire site. The new site will be easier to navigate and more appealing to its visitors.

Kensington, MD (PR Web) May 25, 2010 – Kerry McCullough, owner of Maryland Budget Wise Weddings, a website that helps Maryland brides plan their wedding on a budget, just completed a comprehensive remodeling of the site. McCullough has been working with Michael Goldman of Endless Nights Hosting, LLC since the middle of January to make the website more appealing and user-friendly to her web visitors.

The original website was launched January of 2009 and quickly went from a few hundred visitors each month to several thousand. Kerry planned her own wedding in 2008 on a limited budget, which inspired her to start the website to help other brides in her situation. “One of the biggest challenges in planning my wedding was finding affordable vendors. I didn’t have any reference points to compare prices or know what was reasonable,” she explained.

The site features affordable Maryland vendors, a budget calculator, tips and advice, local bridal shows, her blog, video tutorials and a timeline. Kerry felt that the site needed to be re-vamped because there are so many helpful resources on all the different pages that visitors weren’t taking the time to explore. “This new site should be a little cleaner and sharper looking, and enticing for people to navigate all around the website. I hope that my visitors will enjoy all that Maryland Budget Wise Weddings has to offer,” McCullough says.

Since the launch of the new website, there has been a dramatic rise in visitors. The various pages of the site are laid out very simply with no advertising or other clutter that can be distracting to the message of the web pages. Aside from providing helpful tools for brides planning their own wedding on a budget, Maryland Budget Wise Weddings also offer advertising slots to affordable vendors at reasonable rates.
