Collection with big news: new business center in Hamburg will be opened

It’s official: Dr André Helf, CEO of COLLECTION Business Center Group, has assessed the grand opening of the new COLLECTION Business Center in Hamburg for January 1st, 2020. The address is: Neuer Wall 80, meaning: a central top location in Germany’s second largest city.

“We are very happy and proud to offer our clients this extraordinary opportunity,” explains Dr Helf, “there are several well-known landmarks in the immediate vicinity and easily reachable on foot, such as the Junfernstieg, the Binnenalster, Hamburg’s beautiful city hall as well as numerous first-class restaurants. Public transportation is also excellent: Several subway and city-train stations are within a few minutes walking distance, and Hamburg’s main train station with connections to all other German cities and many international destinations is only two kilometers away. Our new business center will be located in the heart of Northern Germany’s most vibrant economic metropolis.”

With the opening of the new business center, COLLECTION will operate its second venue in Hamburg – the first one named Business Center Hamburg City is at Hohe Bleichen 8, a great location as well. “We are very pleased to learn that our clients are happy with our performance at Business Center Hamburg City – that’s where we’ve earned our reputation. However, we have reached the limits of capacity there and need a second facility to satisfy growing demand,” comments Dr Helf.

The new business center at Neuer Wall will operate under the same standard all COLLECTION Business Centers are well-known for. Dr Helf asserts: “We will make sure that our quality benchmarks will be in place at all times – including luxurious furniture, elegant design, proven technological infrastructure, unconditional discretion, well-trained staff and wide choices of rooms and area sizes so we can accommodate our customers’ needs in the best possible manner. As always, we only charge rent for the amount of time a space is needed. Of course, we’ll offer Virtual Offices at the new center, as we do at all our centers.”

At Neuer Wall, there will be co-working and conference rooms as well. Dr Helf underscores the special importance of the new center in the middle of Hamburg’s economic hub: “Anyone who knows Hamburg will appreciate the special charme of this location, directly between Alsterfleet and Bleichenfleet Channels. If the weather is agreeable, the Port of Hamburg as a global gateway with its transcontinental cargo and passenger ocean liners is only a short walk along the channel promenades away. There are many enterprises from all kinds of different business branches nearby, such as publishing houses, start-ups and new economy outfits, import and export companies, advertising agencies, transportation and logistics firms. You can’t be more in the heart of Hamburg’s economy than there.”
