Jagex Hires Big Names for the Development of OSRS Mobile
Expect More from Runescape
With these experienced men on board, the app can realize its full potential. Both have worked on MMOs and other games (the list includes EverQuest and Guild Wars) which can open more doors for the improvement of the port. Let's hope they can help achieve the vision Jagex has, or even go beyond it.
Nick will handle internal and external game development, while Rob will take on technology strategy and oversee IT, network services, and platform teams.
The Hype is Real
These two are the latest in a series of well-known game developer names joining Jagex. Excitement is brewing on the horizon of Runescape—all versions of it. One thing's for sure, this long-lived game won't die just yet.
This bit of good news is a welcome one in contrast to the scandal of a Jagex moderator stealing player gold. There are more info about OSRS and RS mobile, as well as the computer versions to come, so look forward to those.
