The Buzz Agency Announces Three New Hires

The Buzz Agency, one of South Florida’s top public relations and social media firms, has announced three recent additions to its growing team.

Bringing more than a decade of broadcast television marketing and social media experience, Rachel Papp will serve as Director of Social Media. A graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Rachel is an Emmy-nominated marketing producer and editor. Rachel began her broadcasting career at WKMG-TV (CBS) in Orlando and has spent the last 10 years at WPTV-TV (NBC) in West Palm Beach, where she was Senior Promotion Producer. In her new position with The Buzz Agency, Rachel will oversee all of the agency’s social media client accounts, overseeing a team of three. In this position, Rachel will work to develop creative social media content and promotions designed to strengthen client brands.

The Buzz Agency also announced that PR veteran, Sally Shorr will serve as Director of Public Relations. A graduate of Columbia College in Chicago, Sally began her career with luxury hotels and later transitioned to run corporate PR for Morton’s The Steakhouse in Chicago. More recently, she managed several high profile clients for Venue Marketing Group. In her new role at Buzz, Sally spearheads creative strategies for a variety of lifestyle accounts, including Hilton West Palm Beach, Morikami Museum & Japanese Gardens, and Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, among others.



The third addition to the Buzz team is Michael Margolis, a recent graduate of Lynn University specializing in Sports Marketing and Graphic Design. Michael will serve as Marketing Assistant, to include managing the agency’s website, e-marketing initiatives, reporting, and other promotional activities.
