Nova Medical Centers, India’s leading Ambulatory Surgery Group, today announced its entry into Hyderabad. The Center will be a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery facility formed by the merger of the Urology practice of Dr Ramayyas’s Pramila Hospitals with Nova. Nova Medical Centers expands footprint into the Middle East
Nova Medical Centers, India’s leading Ambulatory Surgery Group, today announced its expansion into the Middle East region. This venture will be a 51%-49% partnership between Nova and the OMZEST Group. Through this partnership, Nova and OMZEST will set up Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Dubai, Muscat, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh. Additionally, OMZEST will invest in Nova’s Indian operations and acquire a 10% equity stake.
