Nursing home sued for neglect of patient
An 83-year-old man went to Golden LivingCenter – Stanford last year and suffered falls, bedsores, weight loss, respiratory injuries from exposure to mold, and more.
Now, his family has filed a lawsuit against the home and its administrator at the time, Timothy Peek, for negligence. The suit alleges medical and corporate negligence, as well as violation of the Long Term Care Resident’s Rights.
