FlackTek, Inc., FlackTek Manufacturing, Inc., and FlackTek SpeedMixer, Inc., (collectively, “FlackTek”) have responded to a lawsuit from former partner Hauschild GMBH & Co. KG (“Hauschild”) with counterclaims alleging trademark infringement, false advertising, and trade libel among other claims.
