New FSIS Initiative To Control Salmonella In Poultry Products

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced a new initiative to control Salmonella in poultry products and reduce Salmonella-related illnesses in the U.S. in October 2021.
