Launch of Revamped Golden Star Boat on the Thames
Golden Star Party Boat on the Thames in London
Golden Star is one of the most popular boats of her size on the River Thames. Catering for groups of up to 120 guests, the single deck boat is easy to board, making her ideal for family celebrations, birthdays, parties, and anniversaries. Golden Star is equally suitable for corporate functions, conferences, team building events, business lunches, presentations, and much more.
With the option to cruise from a number of piers, a sundeck, and licensed bar, Golden Star is also a wonderful idea for wedding transfers, parties for students or graduates, and sightseeing trips. Full height windows allow guests to enjoy the sights of London’s iconic landmarks and, as evening falls, take in the ambience of the vibrant city and the gleaming lights.
“The interior has received a complete overhaul to create a relaxed, social feel”, said Matthew Spanswick, director of CPBS. “The bar has been transformed with a sleek, new look, smart stainless-steel top, and under-bar lighting. Outside, the fixed seating has been removed to make more space for people to enjoy the sights and sounds of London, whether they are relaxing and sipping a glass of Pimms with friends, or networking with work colleagues.”
Anyone interested in viewing Golden Star, or booking this or another similar boat, is invited to Temple Pier on Victoria Embankment on Saturday 17 March 2018, between 2 and 5pm. Guests will be welcome to have a look around Golden Star, enjoy a glass of fizz, and speak to the owners of Capital Pleasure Boats (CPBS) about their services. Numbers will be limited and potential guests should RSVP to reserve a space.
“We recommend that anyone interested in booking a boat on the River Thames comes down to have a look at the Golden Star,” said Matthew. “Boats on the Thames vary greatly in quality, presentation and layout, and we are confident that when you see our vessels, you will be assured that CPBS really does offer the best.”
CPBS owns and operates four private party boats on the Thames in central London. Their luxury party boats hold between 40 and 240 passengers and are suitable for a wide range of boat parties from lively club nights to more sedate charters and cruises. Customers can also opt for a live band, casino tables, D.J, or other entertainment, and catering can be arranged on request.
