We are delighted to announce the joining of our new Chief Executive Office; Mr. Shantnu Saxena. Mr. Saxena comes with over 10 years of working experience in the Financial Services Industry. He has worked with some of the top names in the Financial Services Industry in UK, Europe, Africa and Middle East.

He Worked and consulted to top companies in traditional money, digital money and mobile apps. His vision is to integrate these three and develop the most convenient form of financial services for clients and cost effective for the companies. Other than Financial Services he has experience in technology based project environment (focusing on SaaS products, web based applications, mobile apps & e-commerce platforms)

His specialization includes: the integration of the digital currency, new business partnerships, market penetration, commercial negotiations and network integration. Mr. Saxena also see a huge opportunity in the crypto-currencies, Blockchain technology and the use of mobile applications. He thinks that it is still in the early stages and has a huge potential ahead.

Mr. Saxena and B4You share a lot of common interest areas in the FinTech Sector. He has the necessary skills and experience to lead the company in new territories and this is why we decided to onboard him as our CEO.

We chose to hire him because of his:
• Knowledge in establishing B2C and B2B sales model within the UK, European, Africa and Middle East markets.
• Good understanding of system integration with MTO’s, Banks, Telecom Companies and Fin-Tech companies.
• Working with companies dealing in Mobile Money, Mobile Wallets, Cash2Cash, Cash to Card, Account Credits, e-commerce and Digital Currencies to Fiat settlements and vice-versa.
• Management experience coupled with an entrepreneurial flair.
• Experience in working with globally distributed teams.

He was responsible to shape global networks, integration with Telecom/Tech companies and build bespoke models between Fintech and traditional MTO’s. An expert in growing business from the early stages. In the past he has worked with 4 start-ups and in today’s time they are all Million Dollar Co’s.

In terms of education; Mr. Shantnu Saxena completed his MBA from the University of Liverpool. Then went to do his Prince 2 and he is currently perusing Fintech Program from the Said Business School (Oxford University).

Mr. Saxena is focused on innovation like all employees of Bank4YOU. He is the undisputed leader who will allow our company to grow in the conditions of the most severe competition. We are glad to welcome him in Bank4YOU Group ICO Team.
