Celebrate Chinese New Year with premium Asian menus at ‘Flare’ Restaurant including Phuket lobsters in three styles – wok-fried with green pepper corns and chili, stir-fried with yellow curry or deep-fried with chili paste and kaffir lime leaves at THB 2,800 nett, steamed sea bass with soy sauce at THB 1,200, baked sea bass with herbs and turmeric at THB 1,200. The all-time favorite seafood platter (regular size) priced at THB 2,500 and premium seafood platter priced at THB 4,500 nett.
