EXPO REAL 2006 in Munich – 5th ‘Hospitality Industry Dialogue’ on 23 October

In 2006 the ‘Hospitality Industry Dialogue’ will be held for the fifth time at EXPO REAL in Munich. This international commercial property exposition takes place from 23 to 25 October 2006, and the special forum on hotel property is traditionally held on the first day, which this year is 23 October, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The aim of this lecture and discussion forum is to present a review of current developments in the international market for hotels and hotel property to a broad spectrum of real estate professionals. In 2005 over 1,300 visitors attended the events in the Hospitality Industry Dialogue programme.

This year the following themes will be on the programme:

Hotel property is continuing to attract keen interest from investors. But for a proper assessment of economic potential, detailed knowledge is necessary, not only of the locations themselves, but also of business models, concepts and strategies that lead to success. Expert opinions are essential in any assessment of long-term yield. And those experts will be on hand at EXPO REAL in its now traditional Hospitality Industry Dialogue. Once again this forum, with its invaluable information programme, will be taking place right in the heart of the fair, in the Special Real Estate Forum in Hall C2. EXPO REAL
EXPO REAL, the 9th International Commercial Property Exposition, takes place from 23 to 25 October 2006 at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre.
