Race Team Sponsorship Includes North Carolina Flag Vehicle Wrap

RALEIGH, N.C. (June 8, 2009)—ClickCulture Inc. (clickculture.com), a Raleigh-based Web technologies, design and integrated marketing firm, announces today its sponsorship of Creation Autosportif (creationsport.net). The sponsorship includes the North Carolina state flag graphically wrapped on Creation's Le Mans race car. The newly wrapped car will debut at the 77th running of the Le Mans 24 Hour race, held June 13 and 14 in Le Mans, France. The car will be used in both the American and European 2009 Le Mans race series.

The England-based race team has recently established U.S. operations in Winston-Salem, N.C. The selection of the North Carolina flag graphic honors Creation's five North Carolina-based sponsors, which include ClickCulture, as well as the choice of North Carolina for its U.S. location.

"The new look for our car is an important part of integrating ourselves into North Carolina," says Andy Woolgar, manager of U.S. activities for Creation Autosportif. "We hope to educate race fans on Le Mans racing in comparison to NASCAR. The vehicle wrap is one way we are engaging the North Carolina motorsports fan base.

All Le Mans cars feature Formula 1 style engines, and the race is used to evaluate the effectiveness, durability and performance of the latest innovations in automotive technology. With green technology on the forefront of engine and chassis design, the American Le Mans Series is the first motorsport racing series to be recognized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Department of Energy, and the Society of Automotive Engineers as a "Green Racing Series."

"The early years of the American Le Mans Series included race events at the Charlotte Motor Speedway; with the migration to permanent road courses and temporary street circuits, the state has been looking for ways to maintain an active presence in this sport," Woolgar adds. "With the help of ClickCulture and the other North Carolina-based sponsors, Creation Autosportif's facilities in the Winston-Salem area will go a long way in promoting the state's motorsports industry and increase awareness of the green technology advances being made by N.C. companies."

The June 13-14 Le Mans 24 Hour race is seen by more than 250 million viewers worldwide and by nearly 300,000 trackside fans. The event places the world's best auto manufacturers head-to-head in competition. There are four vehicle classes racing on the track at the same time: LMP1, the fastest engine prototype vehicles; LMP2, smaller engine prototype vehicles, GT1, big-block engine, grand-touring cars; and GT2, smaller-block engine, grand-touring coupes.
