The BDMO Ironpack for Blu-ray Discs

The BDMO Ironpack for Blu-ray Discs

It is well-known beyond the Home Entertainment Industry that the Belgium-french specialist BDMO owns a specific feeling for the extraordinary packaging. That customers can always expect the outstanding is meanwhile widely acknowledged.

To extend and continue this successful path, BDMO has created new and ambitious objectives exceeding its previous traditions of carton packaging solutions. In the DVD business metal boxes are highlights for special editions and collectors’ items. BDMO will follow this trend by its own product range of packaging solutions, the Ironpack: Immediately recognisable, well-protected content, but as well an extremly high quality in its competitive environment, and of course, printing on the Ironpack can be designed individually. This way, BDMO’s Ironpack does not only underline the outstanding quality of the packaged content in the shelves, but highlights as well the luxury of this packaging.

For the Home Entertainment Industry the variety of the Ironpack family is of specific interest. The Ironpack is not only available in the classic DVD-size, there are many further formats, especially for Blu-ray discs but, e.g., as well for CDs. The interior offers space for one or more discs. Of course, BDMO’s Double Push Tray® can be used in its different types. Such synergetic combination of packaging allows flexible applications, but saves as well space and place, from warehouses to the shelve presentation offering all content a sophisticated look.

BDMO’s CEO, Geert Casselman, considers this decisive extension of the company’s product portfolio as a decisive step and future-orientation for the internationally present enterprise, which offers new impulses. As Geert Casselman reports, the first customer comments are very positive and promising:

„It is the objective of BDMO to set new standards in the packaging segment of metal boxes, too, as seen before in carton offering customers new opportunities. We at BDMO consider the Ironpack for us, but especially for our customer’s as an extension guiding towards the future, which strengthening BDMO and offering extended opportunities to position itself as the one-stop partner for all packaging solutions in this business.”
