Shop Small and Celebrate Neighborhood Toy Store Day Nov. 11

FRANKENMUTH, Mich. – Nov. 3, 2017 – Make your holiday shopping a fun experience, while at the same time supporting the 7th annual "Neighborhood Toy Store Day," a national event, on Saturday, Nov. 11. Holiday shoppers will discover a collection of unique gifts for kids of all ages at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant’s Doll & Toy Shop and Mother Earth’s Toy Jungle – two toy stores participating in this event.

From 9 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. the Doll & Toy Shop will offer a chance to win prizes, play games, see new product demonstrations, and get access to special Toy Store Day pricing and more! Shoppers will also get the chance to visit with Olaf from 2 – 4 p.m. In addition, shoppers purchasing more than $25 in merchandise at the Doll & Toy Shop will be eligible to enter a grand prize drawing.

At the nearby Frankenmuth River Place Shops, Mother Earth's Toy Jungle, a store where shoppers can walk through a jungle and play with animals from around the world, will also be participating in this daylong event from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. This store will have giveaways all day, wheel of prizes, new toy demonstrations, face painting, free stickers, treats and a visit from a special guest. The store will also be collecting "Toys for Tots" donations.

The Neighborhood Toy Store Day is sponsored by the American Specialty Toy Retailing Association, which represents smaller, independent toy dealers, and supports those merchants committed to providing children with healthy, quality products that have high play value.
