Unopan, Spain
For a new MDF plant at INTERBON Group in Burgos, a INTEC energy power plant with a capacity of 53 MW has started in June 2008.

The facility includes a grate firing for biomass and process waste of 42 MW, a sanderdust firing of 18 MW as well as a thermal oil heating system of 23 MW and a saturated steam generator of 19 tons / h at 16 bar. The flue gas with 28 MW is used to heat the dryer.

Okura, Japan
From far east, INTEC has got a order from the Japanese chip manufacturer OKURA to supply a solid firing plant with sander dust combustion thermal oil heater.

Kastamonu Entegre, Turkey
2008, a 48 MW INTEC energy system at the site of Kastamonu, was commissioning.
Against great odds our service technician endured temperatures down to -25 ° C.
The working was been finished at a record time of only 12 month between ordering and commissioning.
The INTEC power plant will be used for a MDF production line of Siempelkamp to supply industrial process heating for the press, refiner and dryer.
Furthermore the Appendix contains power reserves for a future expansion in production.

Pooya, Iran
The order from Pooya Wood about
an oil-fired thermal oil heater with a capacity of 6.5 MW for the new chip-plate production line. This order is following the delivery of the secondary control circles to the supplier of the press, company Dieffenbacher.

Thailand
Further three orders about biomass fired power plants, each with an electrical capacity of 9.9 MWel, INTEC delivered a grate firing system with 53 MW for the combustion of rice husks, biomass and / or coal.

Venezuela
The commissioning, confirmed for 2008 at BARIVEN in Venezuela,
is reschedule for an undetermined period of time, because of a delay in local construction.

The INTEC components are ordered by Dieffenbacher as a complete power plant with a capacity of 30 MW as process heating. Included the complete steel construction and piping, as well as the connection of the flue gas channels to the integrated dryer.
