The special feature of the new holiday mediation platform is the close partnership with the Federation of the ETV Mallorca (www.federacionetvmallorca.es). After long negotiations, the ETV has developed into a partnership with Mallorca Islandfincas S.L. determined and signed this also with a ten-year contract for security on both sides, contractually.
Mallorca Islandfincas S.L. which is currently occupied by a small German-Spanish team, is expected to have around 200 fincas under contract and a large number of hotels by the end of 2018. Without a valid ETV license we do not take any object at all. Our top priority is the satisfaction of our holidaymakers. These include fincas, chalets, apartments which are regularly serviced by the owner, as well as insurance companies to enjoy full security in case of a holiday.

The technical director Melanie takes over the part of booking and inquiring generation. With their German agency for online communication based in Berlin (Mitte), the website and their marketing in the social media area are responsible. From 2019 onwards, there will be an app for holidaymakers, in addition to the classic webpage, to help visitors with restaurant tips, voucher promotions, a bonus points program and much more, more intensively, digitally and in a contemporary way during their stay.
