From now on, the vBeschluss platform will automatically generate a structured summary, sentiment analysis, and complete transcript after every hybrid or virtual owners' meeting (ETV) - without any additional effort for administrators or participants.

Property management companies face the challenge of organizing, conducting, and following up on numerous owners' meetings each year. Manually creating minutes is time-consuming, error-prone, and ties up resources that are then unavailable for the actual management of properties and owners. This is where the new AI function comes in: as soon as at least one owner participates online, the AI recording starts automatically. The system transcribes what is said word for word, summarizes the content according to the agenda, and analyzes the mood of the meeting--whether cooperative, factual, positive, or tense.

The process is fully GDPR-compliant. The recording is used exclusively for automated processing and is deleted immediately after the summary has been created. Owners have the option to object to the recording at any time - this decision is automatically documented. There are no additional costs, no new learning curve, and no data protection risks, as everything is seamlessly integrated into the existing vBeschluss platform.

The finished transcript, including a structured summary and sentiment analysis, is automatically sent by email to the chairperson or secretary and also stored in a secure online archive. Colored status indicators (gray: inactive, yellow: in progress, green: completed, flashing red: canceled) provide real-time feedback on progress during the meeting.

Automation reduces the effort required for minute-taking by up to 60%. What used to take hours for transcription, summarization, and sentiment interpretation now takes only minutes.
